The recliner is just the right size for me, the legrest and the headrest provides the right comfort. It serves me more than I expected from my own bed...Ive been staying in this recliner for over 2 weeks now and I cannot complain.
We also appreciate your promptness and kind understanding in providing the arm replacement for the damaged part during the shipping process. We received not one but 2 replacements in a very short period of time when we sent the complaint.
