The chair was delivered in April. I only received the left armrest and backrest. I emailed the seller. They apologized for the error, and promptly shipped the remainder of my order, right armrest and chair base. Assembly was easy in spite of my age(75yrs old) and two bad knees. Instructions were easy to follow. I purchased the power lift chair because I have extreme difficulty standing from a sitting position. The chair works beautifully. The massage and heat feature is awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend this chair! !
