Bought this bed for my 10yr old son. Wanted the trundle for friends staying over and he wasn't interested in a bunkbed. When I started to assemble I quickly noticed one of the side pieces was bent and would not fit into the holes. Had to stop assembly. Huge inconvenience since I had already removed and sold my sons old bed. Thankfully a quick phone call to the customer service rep got the ball rolling and my replacement part arrived a week later. Finished assembling with no further issues. The hardest part was the snap on pieces. Kept pinching my fingers. My son loves it so we're going to call it a win.
