I was bit skeptical ordering a couch from but I went with it. This couch is super nice in terms of feel and build quality. Its easy to assemble as its just the legs of couch which needs to be assembled and took me just 5 mins. Back rest goes inside of side socket, no screw to tighten.
In terms of firmness of cushion its medium firm and I am expecting it will soften up a little overtime. Depth of seating is nice so I feel pretty comfortable when i sit.
