This trundle unit from was easy to assemble and looks great in our guest bedroom/really like this company.
However, the folks they have contracted for customer service could do better. There was a small defect in the paint on a front leg. The customer service representative suggested that I return the entire unit because touch paint wasnt available. Really? They eventually located a replacement piece which was shipped and I was able to replace the damaged part. Happy now.
