The first entertainment center i received was AWFUL, the box was busted up, the pieces that were there were chipped really bad, heck it didnt even have directions with it. However the company was more than willing to send out a new one with no hesitation. They scheduled a UPS pick up that was there the following Monday to pick it up all I had to do was rebox everything. My 2nd came in a very timely manner, no issues whatsoever. Its BEAUTIFUL, I put it together by myself in 2 hours. All you need in a Phillips flathead screwdriver. It was actually super easy. I hope this helps anyone questioning their purchase.
