Great bed, easy to put together, but no response from customer service if there is a question.
I am very impressed with the bed itself. The instructions were easy to follow and straightforward. The tools supplies were awesome and it was pretty breezy to assemble, as far a furniture goes. It is very attractive and seems sturdy and well made. I purchased the bed and it arrived and the very next day I noticed that the price had decreased by $50. I realize that these things happened, but figured it couldnt hurt to reach out and ask if there was any sort of price matching that could be done since it was so extremely close to when I had purchased it. I would have understood it if I had gotten a response explaining why the couldnt do it, but was bummed that I received no response at all. Hopefully the bed doesnt have problems in the future because I dont know if I trust their customer service to reply at all. Other than that, I am happy with the purchase.
