I ordered the bed frame because it was inexpensive and all wood for my lakehouse. The parts were easy to assemble and it took about 15 min to put it together, you do not have to have a lot of skills to bolt this together. The wood was all good with no chips but there were 2/3 spots where the wood stain was not applied properly for about a 6 inch square area over the slats on the head board. The area with the weak stain was behind the slats on the head board and does not show. The workmanship for the stain could use some work but overall I recommend the purchase. In fact I bought a King size frame and a Queen of the same color and material and we really like the frames.
