Second set of guest complain more about itching and had bites. We deep cleaned the room after and peeled back the false backing on the headboard to find bed bugs. This was confirmed by an exterminator and we had the house heat treated. We threw out the entire bed frame because there was bed bug poop smear on the beige fabric.
