My hubby and I put this bed frame together in approximately 2 hours using 2 allan wrenches (only one is included), but having put a lot of furniture together in my days, I have to say they really took the guess work out of this assembly. Super simple to follow and put together, just a little time consuming. Other than that, the height of the bed is great, it feels very sturdy, and I love the big drawers on each side (just don't expect to use a night stand if you want to use the drawer closest to the headboard).
