Its sits high. Im 57 and my feet barely touch the floor. The cushion is very hard. It has almost no give. The seat is also short front to back. Its not a lounging couch. More of a waiting couch. Other than that it seems sturdy and worth the price. Just things to consider that i wish others had pointed out in reviews
