Needed to take a moment to write a review about this couch set. Like most people, I went straight to the negative reviews to talk myself out of buying this couch set to fill a void on my deck left by an unused hot tub. The 1 Star reviews might have won but there was a couple that referenced the quality of the wicker while bashing the size of the couch set and the cushions so I kept on reading the reviews. Fortunately for me, I came across Megs review and it swayed me away from the 1 Star/ers. She was right! This is a quality couch set for under 400! Could it be a little higher off the ground I guess, could the cushions be thicker . sure, but there is absolutely nothing misleading about the information on this listing. The measurements for the couch set and the cushions are accurate. The set was sent in 2 shipments as stated in the listing. The quality of the wicker is above my expectations for a 5 piece couch set that again is under 400! I even had a small customer service issue (which I believe was my fault on how I unpacked the set) and the seller responded each time via email within 24 hours and provide me what I needed via FedEx. So Im not sure how the 1 Star/ers that had a bad CSX were communicating with the seller but as of July 2021 my CSX was exceptional. As I mentioned above I had a specific area I want to use this set in, so I would advise that you get out the tape measure and check the space you want to fill. The last piece of advice I would give is to help with the negative comments about how hard it was to put the set together. Again 400 couch set, delivered to your house for free, so there is the need to put the set together using an allen key. I would suggest ditching the allen key and using a screw gun with the right bit. Start by getting each screw in place (the alignment is a little tight) and then use the screw gun to tighten each screw on a low torque setting (between 1/4 on my Ryobi screw gun). This will save you hours in setup (not to mention your hands.). I hope this review helps.
