I ordered 3 sets of these chairs because we wanted a total of 6 chairs. They were shipped quickly, and arrived in a surprisingly swift timeframe for what we are dealing with today. The chairs were packaged very well where no parts were touching another. Everything you need for assembly is included in the box, and the assembly instructions are very simple to follow. I assembled all six chairs in probably 45 minutes. The first one was the longest until I figured it out. The cylinders are very stout, and my weight was supported very easily. The adjustment lever is also very simple to use. The material is not ; however, it is a very nice feel and pattern. Only time will tell how resilient these chairs are, but for now, we are very pleased. Ray
