I bought three of these chairs. Each coming in a variety of different damages. Two out of the three were due to poor shipping. The other was manufacturer error. For the first two, the damages cant be seen unless you look underneath the chairs. Wood and paint chipped. And for both of these chairs the boxes were punctured by the piston and was sticking out of the boxes. The third one was found to have the lever for the raising and lowering to not reach the button on the piston. I was able to glue something to the lever and correct the issue but was very disappointed to have to fix something when I paid alot for them. The seats arent very comfortable either. I always feel when leaning back into the chair that Im being pushed out of it. But the chairs look nice, they dont hurt when seating for long periods of time, and surprisingly sturdy. I do like these chairs, just needs better/safer shipping and for there QA department to check if everything is to its proper specs.
