I was nervous buying this because some people said there was a smell and others had problems with parts, but there was no smell and all the pieces were good. My friends put it together in 2? hours. It was pretty heavy, but I was able to move it as a 20 year old with my younger cousin. The bed seems very study except the side rails. They're fairly bendy, but one side is against the wall and we left the other side off so I hop onto the bed instead of using the ladder. Overall, would recommend. The space underneath is great and I love that it's not too high either.
