I would give 5 stars for delivery AND return pickup. However, this is the least comfortable couch I have ever sat on. It felt like a $200 piece of crap from , not $800! I opened it up, assembled it, and then put it allllll back in the box to return the next day it was just that terrible. I will NEVER buy furniture that should be comfortable online EVER again after this experience. Luckily my local furniture store was doing a sale, so I got an amazing recliner couch for the same price as this piece of junk, AND I got to test it out in person (with my mask on)
