It works perfect for our use, but I wouldnt necessarily trust a heavier TV on this.
If I were to drag it to move it somewhere, it feels like the wood would pull apart.
It made out of particle board style material, and it came slightly damaged in one corner (I did buy used) you cant tell from the couch though. It looks great! Boyfriend was very pleased, and hes even pickier than I am about this stuff.
If my intent was to put a TV on it, it would get 3 stars but It does exactly what I need it to do though, and what I expected of it based on other reviews - so I gave it 4 stars.
Assembly wasnt bad, my four year old insisted that he help so it took longer though. Im guessing alone, it wouldve been an hour ish. But for mom and toddler, it took about 3
