I never write reviews but I have spent so much time reading every review before I purchased this and another item from . From the delivery to the set up, it is absolutely perfect. Of course it takes a bit of time to set up; but directions were clear and precise. No issue at all. The fireplace is so pretty (you have options of just the fireplace display or added heat). It is holding our 64 inch TV with no problem. We are so satisfied! .recommend
