I just finished putting this together and didnt have any issues. I wouldnt try to assemble alone, its much easier with two people. I didnt screw the in because I saw other reviews of it splitting. Instead I stapled a ribbon on the so they wouldnt slide out. They sell the same concept on , but this was easier. My daughter hasnt slept on or yet ( has to fully puff up) but shes super excited.
