Excellent bed freeze up a lot of space for kid playing. The bed is pretty sturdy my son is 12 years old 58 and seems to work great for him however the only issue and as other reviewers have put is declining ladder seems to hurt the bottom of your feet,, piping insulation cut to fit around the ladder seems to fix the problem.
