The stool came with dirt smudges on the sides that I was able to sponge off but there is no fix for the lumpy bumpy stuffing and the puckered stitching and wrinkled fabric. From the reviews I expected better. I'm keeping it because it was purchased for my old dog to be able to jump up on the couch, but still it should have been better for the price.
