My 4 year old loves it. He likes the windows and door down. Kinda makes it cozy I guess. Im a 39 year old woman and I put it together alone, I think it took about 3 hours. (That included my 4 year old helping and losing parts) The directions are clear and it all went together without any problems. It is very sturdy. It also is the perfect height to put boxes with toys under it for storage.
