Box is very heavy so I did open downstairs and carry each piece up. Strong smell of paint but all pieces accounted for and in great condition. I loved that all the pieces had numbers and I was able to put together by myself. Took me a few hours to complete and I did mess up on two different parts that I had to undo and fix. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would purchase again. I did have an issue with the doors not matching up perfectly but could be due to my own error. My husband was able to hammer it down a bit to match more evenly.
