This is the second time I had ordered this couch. My first couch was pretty good. The only problem was that the head rests would not stay up when lifted. The second couch, seems that they rushed through making this one. I had missing pieces, missing instructions, parts were not put together that should have been, and finally, this piece ripped out. For paying almost $1500, you would think this company would make sure the couch was made properly. Well, I would not suggest buying this couch.
