First of all, the delivery takes forever;
Secondly, the L shape sofa cannot attach parts because holes are not aligned. Had to pay someone re-drill the holes to be able to put it together.
Thirdly, the surface are bumpy. Hard spring is poking at my body. Very uncomfortable to stay on the sofa and technically causing pain.
Lastly, return is almost impossible. How do we put it back in boxes to break the whole assembled pieces back to parts and boxes to return?
Very disappointing! After spending over $1300, Dont let a vendor like this get away making money by making the return difficult!
