I live in an apartment, when the product was delivered the delivery guy refuse to bring up 3 flights of stairs. A person with a bad back, I was in a pickle and ended up hiring outside help to carry it up 3 flights of stairs.
This year one of seats - the spring is and foam broke so i have to use a pillow to stop the spring from poking me each time i seat on it. The headrest wood is very fragile a little palm push on them, will break it. I think this couch should cost 200-300 dollars not more than that.
