The couch itself is comfortable but when we opened the box the couch had a hole and chipped material and also the pullout part was broken so we contacted the seller and they supposed to had sent us just the pieces we needed but they ended up sending the whole couch in which is was completely different because we were just going to use the piece we needed but it didnt fit our couch so we had to use to use both of the new pieces and the couch part was fine but the pull out part did not have the support pieces for the mattress so if you lay/sit on it then you would fall through...this couch is just a hit or miss nd clearly we got the miss
