delivery will only go to apartment building front office---they will not deliver to apartment--get yourself a dolly and some strong guys
assembly was a problem in that the pullout bed cannot be connected due to 2 of the 4 drill holes not being bored to accept screws.
I am keeping it as it looks good and I don't need the pullout bed
