Product is pretty sturdy which is perfect for me. A criticism I do have is when mounting this up it wasnt directly obvious to me where the other pieces were (such as wheels, legs, pillows etc.) so I assumed another box had to arrive. Kinda had it sit here for a while till I reached out and they told me it was in the other couch lol. It wasnt in the instructions either.
Also, one couch did arrive a bit rusty (the other was fine) but I reached out and they compensated for the damages which was nice of them.
Lastly there is that strong odor to it but I mean a lot of new furniture has it so open a window and let it sit and it will go away.
But overall, mounting was super easy (only giving 4 stars because I wasnt directed to the other pieces), I love how easily it opens and folds and Im very pleased with the product and my experience with customer support.
