I purchased this couch two months before a cross-country move and left it in the three big boxes it came it. Upon arriving at my new home assembling this little couch was a smooth process. You do have to make sure you look at the instructions to see which way the back goes on as it will click into place in the wrong direction. If youve done that just turn it over and there are some little release latches in there. Even after sitting in boxes for two months all of my cushions fluffed out perfectly. Its really a sturdy little couch and very nice to look at and also fits nicely into my one bedroom apartments living room.
I also wanted to express how wonderful customer support was for me as I had spoken with them about my move and that the boxes would not be opened for that length of time and they said that they would support me when the time came if need be, I consider that above and beyond stellar customer support. Im very grateful
