Original: I ordered this sofa a week ago. They delivered it last nights (i.e. few days earlier then expected). But, just a half of the whole (i.e. one box) was sent and the status of order is changed Delivered. It is quite embarrassing! How can I contact customer service for this item?
Update: After searching website about half hour, I could call some *human* assistant and tell him my situation and request (dont want to return, it will be so complicate and take times). unately, as he said, the other box was arrived in this evening. It seems nice, matches with our living room quite well and Im almost satisfied except delivery.
