It arrived within 5 days on time. I am giving 4 stars due to how flimsy the box is. Looks like UPS had to tape it so it would all make it here. 3/4 of the original tape job did not hold and the box was open. There was a big gaping hole in the cardboard but luckily it was where the packet of screws and instructions were saving the bed. I agree with other customers that instead of plastic bag sleeves on the product they should use thin packing foam saving both them the customer some stress from scuffs and scratches. We have an adjustable bed so we did not use the frame to support our king split adjustable bed. Also because it is only surrounding our bed we do not have to worry about it creaking if we move. We are still decorating our room and do really love the frame. Where the scuffs and Scratches are you cant tell when standing back or hidden by walls or our bed. The frame was not bent and all hardware was present. It also included the foot rail as advertised. Overall very nice especially for the price. We are also going to add a wood headboard to it.
