Bought this in the fall of 2019 for my 7 year old cat to put near the window in our new home. He absolutely loves the top perch so much that he wore out the padding. When I contacted to seller to purchase a new one they offered to replace it at no cost to me. I will DEFINITELY buy again from this seller!
