If you're looking for a table that's sturdy but not $500, this might be a good option for you.
Putting it together was fairly easy. You MUST take the time to read the instructions first. Some of the pieces are not labeled, so take some time to figure out what's what before you begin.
Be careful on Step 3 and Step 6 - the written instructions do not mention to use the dowels here (C) and (J), so look at the diagram carefully.
Also - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the screws. I did and split the wood on the bottom of one of the shelves. Can't see it now that it's assembled, but I would have cried if it had split on the top of the shelf where it was visible. Use a hand screwdriver only and STOP screwing in the screw, even if it seems like it's not very tight, if you hear even the slightest cracking noise.
Mine had a small imperfection on the top, but I put items on mine and it covers it so I'm not too worried about that.
Overall - a good purchase and I'm happy with it.
Lovely piece of furniture for the price
