Got this to help reduce "shoe" clutter in the hallway especially when the grandkids come in and kick off their shoes. The entire item is very sturdy and the manner it's made makes it easy to assemble but we did go on the internet for better direction with some of the unfamiliar hardware. We had 2 of us which made it easier than 1. Their drilling, cutting, etc is so precise and everything fit perfectly. We love this addition to our hallway and it definitely helps us remember to take things out to the car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
