The doors slide smooth and easy, takes almost no pressure to slide. There are multiple cord hiding holes precut into the backing at heights that actually make sense. Using the center holes for placing the middle shelf leaves enough space to store a 22oz yankee candle on top of and below the shelf, its very spacious. Everything that was precut/drilled matched up perfectly and gave no issues while assembling. I recommend using a cordless drill set for low torque instead of a screwdriver, itll cut a lot of time off for assembly
