This was pretty easy to put together (I did by myself). We have had it for a few months and the only major issue is that the screws on the ladder comes loose, so I check it quite often. If not, the ladder may separate from the frame as a child is climbing up. Feels sturdy but does creak and shake if you have a flip/flopper in the top bunk. Overall we are happy with it.
