We had a hell of a time putting it together, screws didnt always match up and we had to use a dremel tool to make clearance in some spots for washers. Got it together finally though. My husband and I are big big, so I was worried about sturdiness.. so far only one board broke because direct pressure was put on only that one board instead of spread out over 2-3 boards at once. Customer Service was really fast to respond and are sending me a few (I requested more just in case). Were pretty cautious with getting in and out of it by making sure again that not a ton of pressure is put on one board individually anymore, but other than that, weve had it for a few months and no other issues.
