This takes a bit to assemble, but the instructions were thorough and I didnt have to deal with any missimg parts, everything came as it was suppose to.
I bought the full size through Cymax, and i didnt have to contact them for anything.
Product did ship sooner then expected which was nice, however Fedex did leave it at the end of my driveway leaning against a tree, so I suggest planning to have someone home to bring it in right away once its delivered.
On another note, the full size frame does fit my queen size matress with just a little bit of overhang (which is nice, was worried about bumping my shins on the corners since people said there was some extra space).
The most annoying part about assembling was putting in the small screws to hold plastic holders that you slide the boards into in the middle of the bed, as there were no starter holes.
If you dont have an electric screwdriver, i suggest marking the area for the hole with a pencil and tapping a starter spot with the screw and hammer so you have a spot for the screw to catch.
Also, the boards that you lay in the middle do slide as theres an extra 2/3 inches of space, but if it bothers you you could just buy a board from home depot or something for the filler space.
All in all, i love the bed, and I feel like its sturdier just because the cubbys are part of the support.
Love the bed
