Contacted who will take 24-48 hours to review my request for replacement parts: Im sorry, this isnt acceptable to me. Are so many people scamming for an extra screw kit that they cant just drop that into the mail as a courtesy? Thankful that s customer service is working to get me sleeping in a bed again on a much faster timeframe
