After receiving the lift chair and out/boxing it, I was unable to locate the remote controls. However, the seller was outstanding in providing updates and instructions as to where to locate the remote controls. I am very pleased with the chair, it has all the conveniences I need for my loved one, and the price was excellent. I highly recommend using this company.
