10/10 wouldnt buy again and would not recommend to a friend. Didnt expect it to fall apart not even a month after purchasing. Would return but I do not have the original packaging. What are the other options.
Update: While I still wouldnt recommend the couch to a friend, I would really like to thank customer service as they were friendly and understanding.
