First off fast shipping!! I was so excited to get my new couch. It was so easy it assembled and comfy. For the price we paid I think we got our moneys worth! I contacted customer support for a minor cosmetic issue and let me just say, best customer service ever!! Most definitely ordering for this company again!! I purchased the U/shaped 1 couch, and I plan on order more pieces as well!
