I purchased this couch a few months ago, it was my favorite thing in my new (much smaller) apartment. Recently, some very naughty children were jumping on my couch and broke the back supporting piece. (You could hear the broken wood every time you sat back, and you sunk in further than you were supposed to.)
Now Im very shy about contacting the sellers. But I thought what the heck, why not? I wanted to ask if I could order the parts I needed to replace or if this was the end of my new favorite couch.
