I was a little nervous ordering chairs that I ha never actually sat in - but these are just GREAT! They are very solid and large - able to accommodate large or tall people. I ordered 8 - they come unassembled - but it only took an hour to put all 8 of them together - they look fabulous in our dining room. The black looks very very classy.
