I read a lot of reviews that this futon is too firm; its just not true. If youre looking for a pillowy soft couch to sink into, then its not for you, but otherwise, its a normal amount of firm. (Many nice couches are quite firm.)
Amingly large couch for how small the box is. We got it for less than 400, prices vary greatly by color!
