The packaging was a little overwhelming but thats to be expected since its all metal. After assembling the saltes to support the mattress were about 1/2 too long. I emailed customer service got a repsonse almost immediaty. VERY IMPRESSED!!! Sent pictures and a video and 2 days later we had a new bed with slates that fit. The bed is nice sturdy much better than a wood frame bed. Very happy w/ my purchase and the exceptional customer service.
