No customer service for issues / no response from company
The sofa is comfortable but the reason Im giving is a two star review is because the company would not get back to me. I emailed their customer service twice to say the bottom piece was broken. I set it up correctly, with the sectional piece on the side shown on the website. The underneath bed section would not roll out. I contacted the company to ask for help. No reply or response at all from them. When I change the sectional side to the other side, it then fit in. Overall this is a great sofa, looks good. I just have to have the sectional part on the other side, not what I wanted.
My recommendation is to treat your customers well and communicate with them.
