I purchased this bed for my daughter directly through the seller two years ago. The bed has held up great (VERY sturdy, even with my 10 year old son occasionally hanging from the top rails!). We get so many compliments on the bed and are very satisfied with our purchase. When we accidentally broke one of the bedrails, The Pinned took care of it for us quickly. Excellent customer service.
