Had high hopes for this bed. Very disappointed to see that there are missing details and hardware. I ordered a bed with slats and 3 rails, and both of those add ons are missing. Also missing some of the screws. Contacted the seller today, so hoping to have the situation fixed and update my review to 5 stars because the wood itself is great. The instructions are not clear though. The pieces should be somehow marked (with stickers, maybe) or at lease on the manual which now only shows the number of pieces by kind without explaining what goes where.
